Venetian Picture Frame

Reproduction of a Venetian Picture Frame gilt and lacquered on wood. This Venetian early 18th-century frame is available for any particular painting size. Therefore you can fit it with any painting.

Properties

This Venetian frame is made of ayous and tulipwood perfectly combined together. As a result, we obtained the maximum strength with the minimum weight.  You can customize the rabbet size as you prefer. For instance, if you want to show a bigger part of the painting you can ask to reduce it.

Patina (Antique dark color)

“Patina” is an Italian word that refers to how dark is the frame. Apart from dark gold, the age of frames is determined by few cracks and tiny broken parts. For this reason, our gilder uses some kinds of stones to hit the frame. Also, the woodworms are fake as well, and you will be able to notice them by analyzing the pictures above.
